Interpreter Services
Phoenix Language Services, Inc. has been providing professionally trained interpreters in the healthcare, legal, educational, social, and business professional settings in the Greater Philadelphia area since 1993. We also provide ongoing Professional Medical Interpreter training programs, meeting and exceeding the current national best practice standards as defined by the National Council of Interpreters in Health Care (NCIHC).
Achieving Effective Communication Through Phoenix’s Interpreter Services
Our onsite interpreter services provide comprehensive and successful communication. We offer our services for all inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, medical exams, business meetings, conferences, conventions, courtroom settings, depositions, trials, and more.
Interpreters help to mitigate risks that can lead to misdiagnosis and malpractice, ensure a complete understanding during legal proceedings, assist with any cultural nuances to provide clarity when required, and should be used as a conduit to a successful experience.
Onsite Interpreters
Onsite interpreters conduct assignments in person, face-to-face. Phoenix interpreters have been vetted and trained in the fields to which they are deployed. Their knowledge and experience allow them to accurately interpret information from English into the requested language and vice versa.
Phone Remote
Remote over-the-phone interpreting (OPI), offered in over 250 languages is a service that connects interpreters via telephone to individuals who wish to speak to each other but do not share a common language. OPI is a good, affordable alternative when onsite interpreters services are not required.
Video Remote
Video remote interpreting (VRI) is a service that uses devices such as web cameras, videophones, computers, or tablets to provide spoken language or sign language interpreting services.
